In this review, we will look at the HMBL SALT line of salt nicotine e-liquid for low-power devices from the famous American manufacturer Humble Juice Co.
HMBL JUICE CO.
It’s worth starting with the fact that behind the HMBL brand are simultaneously a little-known company SOLACE Vapor and the ancient evil monster Humble Juice Co., one of the oldest juice producers from the USA, which is well known to vapers from the Hustle, Havoc, Humble X Flawless and, in fact, lines , eponymous Humble. And although today’s market is saturated with products for every taste and budget from a variety of companies both overseas and locally, in the hearts of vapers, as a rule, it is the old and well-known brands that evoke the greatest trust. vape accessories in new zealand The line being reviewed today is a “salt twin” of another liquid – HMBL JUICE, which includes the same ten mixes, but with alkaline nicotine in 120 ml cans, with a glycerol content of 65% and a strength of up to 6 mg/ml.
Packaging, container and label of HMBL SALT liquid from Humble Juice Co.
Each of the ten HMBL SALT mixes hits the shelves of vape shops in individual cardboard packaging; the prints of all the boxes, frankly speaking, do not please with individuality; rather, they are the same type of images, but with small colored dots and inserts at the top and bottom, allowing you to distinguish the flavors from one another. On the front side (there are conventionally two of them) there is a large name of the line and a small name of the taste, at the very bottom on a white background there is a formidable warning Prop 65; on one of the side walls there is a volume (30 ml) and strength of nicotine (available in 35 and 50 mg/ml, at one time there were also 20), as well as a warning that the product is not intended for vaping on self-powered devices, but only at low power and with tight tightening; on the opposite side are warnings, precautions, recommendations, a list of components (the ratio of glycerin and propylene glycol here, according to foreign stores, is 50/50) and details of Humble Juice Co. LLC. The most important things are indicated on the top valve: the name of the flavor, nicotine content and volume, just so that you don’t have to look for it for a long time on the walls of the package.
In the box there were the usual bottles produced by the ubiquitous Chubby Gorilla made of darkened plastic with black caps equipped with child protection, first opening control and straight narrow droppers, as if specially created for the small filling holes of hearths and pods. Labels on a metallized base completely replicate the printing on the boxes; the expiration date is printed with an inkjet printer on the bottom next to the monkey.
Description of HMBL SALT flavors from Humble Juice Co.
At the time of review, the entire line includes exactly ten flavors, and here we are treated to almost nothing but fruit and berry mixes, for which Humble has become famous throughout the world. For testing (I don’t have that many empty cartridges, and pouring everything into one or two and trying to sort out flavors is simply pointless), I took an Ammit MTL RDA with a cigarette puff with a 1.4 Ohm microcoil coil and a wick from The Cotton Candy Collection , the power on the mod was set to 10 W (about 3.7 V, the same as the voltage of the battery packs of most unregulated Pods and AIOs), the coil was burned out before each new taste, the RDA was thoroughly washed and the cotton was changed.
HMBL SALT – Lemon Cake
The aroma alone makes you want to add the first taste to your favorites: a sweet pie with delicate vanilla dough, a large airy cap of cream and fresh lemon jam filling, a well-known and selflessly loved taste by many. However, the mixlogs from Humble did not disappoint; the taste actually takes first place in the personal rating: bright sourness of citrus pulp mixed with tart zest on the inhale, turning into a fragrant cake on the exhale and with a faint creamy aftertaste. Moreover, inside the pie there was not jam at all, but rather grated fresh lemon, it even seems that without a single grain of sugar, and only the taste of the dough slightly sweetens the composition. Just great.
HMBL SALT – Strawberry Sour Belt
The smell is difficult to describe other than “strawberry jam”: the berry seems at the same time sweet and overcooked, and with a distinct aroma of dark seeds, but at the same time with a slight sourness. At least judging by the smell. In a pair, everything is not so clear, despite the noticeable presence of acid in the composition, it is, however, noticeably less than in some other mixes of the same line, and the taste is more like berry candies with lemon, a little tart, a little sour, but very unnatural, with a distinct caramel flavor of sugar and a faint hint of natural strawberry. I can’t say that the mix is not tasty, but it is more likely to be recommended to fans of candy than to connoisseurs of “live” berries.
HMBL SALT – Blue Blood
Blue, or rather blue raspberries, are a frequent guest in the lineups of Americans, but, in my opinion, this taste is noticeably simpler and is inferior in many qualities to our native, red berry. The smell from the can is more like raspberry lemonade, it seems that you can even hear echoes of the zest, and the aroma is very reminiscent of a carbonated drink. In pairs, the taste is exactly the same, it can still be compared with sour fizzy candies, which have a slightly perfumey aftertaste, but still not a soapy tint, but rather reminiscent of the aftertaste of spicy green raspberry leaves. I can safely recommend it to fans of sour caramels and similar liquids; the taste is bright, rich and with a decent portion of acid.
HMBL SALT – Apple Jay Jay
There are no complaints about the aroma under the lid – this is real homemade juice from fresh apples, as a rule, not only ripe, but even unripe, and often not peeled from the hard skin. In general, the smell alone immediately causes salivation. But the taste of the composition is more difficult to describe, since in addition to the same natural apple taste with the honest sourness of the fresh pulp and the distinct astringency of the skin, there is also a slight hint of soda with the same characteristic sweetness. At the same time, it cannot be said that these notes spoil the mix; on the contrary, the liquid even acquires a certain charm and becomes similar to apple lemonade. At the same time very tasty.
Impression
Liquid HMBL SALT with salt nicotine
It can’t be said that the HMBL SALT line on salt nicotine was in any way surprising, you don’t expect any tricks from the Americans at Humble, there were no unpleasant surprises here either. All mixes are rich, some are more sweet, others are distinctly sour, not always similar in taste to their “live” prototypes, but invariably tasty and pleasing with concentration and richness. And the feeling of deja vu when you get acquainted with some liquids will be 100% guaranteed. For myself, I noted, of course, Lemon Cake, which stood out noticeably from the other mixes, but pleased me with its sour lemon, pleasant shade of dough, and sweetness of cream.
