Today we have a starter kit from Wismec, which I honestly didn’t expect to see. Starter kits for 75-80W are in trend and Wismec ruined that they also want to occupy this niche, and until that moment they did not have a starter kit for 75 watts. I present to your attention the Reuleaux RX75 Kit. Let’s see if it can surpass the popularity of its older brother Rx200.

At the moment, there are an unrealistically huge number of 75W starter kits, and their characteristics are practically the same, so in order to achieve popularity, such a kit must stand out with its design. Jay Bo knows how to surprise and delight us, that’s a fact. In my opinion, the box mod is most similar to a hybrid of the Sigilian canister (150W TC) and iStick 100W TC. vape devices in new zealand The shape of the canister is taken from the first, and the Fire button and block button are from the second.

The box mod is quite compact and has the following dimensions: height 87 mm, thickness 22.5 mm, width 47 mm. Thus, you can install any atomizer with a diameter of up to 22mm on the box mod. The starter kit is available in a single version – black, but the colors of the lines on the body and the orings on the atomizer have several options. I personally like this solution.

At first I thought that the Reuleaux RX75 Kit works in Bypass mode, since I didn’t see any other controls, but I was wrong, it’s just that the prankster Jay Bo decided to hide them under a folding panel, which is secured with a powerful magnet. Under this panel there are “plusmn;” buttons and an impressively sized screen. I would immediately like to note that the “plusmn;” buttons. very small in size and will not be comfortable for many. And the cover itself does not look very convenient, but it will protect the screen if it falls. Thus, to change the power you have to open the lid every time, I wouldn’t say that I like it, but it looks good. By the way, the kit also includes a second version of the lid with a transparent surface; I personally like this option much better. You can change them using a screwdriver.
Well, it’s time to talk about the technical characteristics, which, in general, do not stand out at all compared to similar starter kits from other companies.
“The maximum power of the box mod is 75 W, the minimum resistance is 0.1 ohm, in TK mode 0.05 ohm with a temperature limit of 200″mdash;600F or 100-315C. The box mod operates in the following modes: TC-Ni/TC-Ti/TC-SS316/TCR/VW/Bypass Mode. The board has all the required levels of protection. The box mod runs on one 18650 battery, charging and firmware updates via micro-usb are present.
Now let’s talk a little about the atomizer. The starter kit includes a maintenance-free Amor mini atomizer with a height of 52 mm and a diameter of 22 mm. Below you can see how the tank looks disassembled:

You wouldn’t expect anything extraordinary from a maintenance-free tank of this size, but it’s still a decent tank. The tank volume is only 2 ml, but its top filling from buckets eliminates this disadvantage. The airflow is adjusted by turning the adjustment ring.

Well, it’s time to sum it up. From a technical point of view, Wismec did not offer anything new, but in principle this was not possible due to the limitations of the capabilities of a single 18650 battery. But from the design side, this is really something unusual, although there are several borrowed elements. I’m not a fan of Wismec after the battery balancer burned out on my RX200, but the Reuleaux RX75 Kit has a right to exist, and the design stands out the most at the moment. But I don’t really like the tank, even though it has an ideal, in my opinion, filling. I would gladly take the box mod, but I would choose a different atomizer due to the fact that I would not have enough power. But starter kits are designed for beginners and the Reuleaux RX75 Kit is definitely a good, even excellent, choice for a beginner.
